Frequently Asked Questions
What should I bring to my session?
Please bring a copy of any recent x-rays, MRI's, or lab work (blood panels, bone scans, etc.). Also bring any supplements, medication, herbs, and/or homeopathy you are currently taking. This includes birth control, sleep aids, and cold/flu remedies. These are important in the muscle testing analysis.
My top priority is that you feel safe and comfortable at our office. I provide a gown and shorts, however you may prefer to bring your own shorts. If you feel uncomfortable about wearing a gown, you may wear your own clothes. They should be loose fitting like for yoga, or can be more form-fitting like for a dance class. Keep in mind that I need to be able to evaluate your posture and feel your spine. Jeans and dresses can create problems, especially when muscle testing legs. Because I may also do deep tissue work, the less I have to work through clothing the more I can work directly and effectively.
