How Long Do I Have To Take Supplements?

Supplements such as general multivitamins, minerals, and essential oils are usually important to take long-term. However, the majority of supplements I recommend are "therapeutic," meaning they are only used until the particular issue they are addressing is resolved. This may vary from a couple weeks to a few months, and occasionally longer, depending on many factors.

Some people have many health issues that they are trying to work out, and they resolve these issues in layers, therefore passing through phases of varying supplement protocols. Eventually, they may be able to just take a multivitamin product for maintenance.
